Cooling Plate

A process which is exposed to heat wave and it is desired that the material deformation should not exceed a certain level. Before adding water cooling system surface temperature distribution was 81-83°C with 3mm total deformation. Under 1 minute cycle , with sustained water cooling system surface temperature distribution was reduced 22-31°C also total deformation obtained 0.002mm which is quite satisfactory for the process.
